Reporting a Bug? Include These Details

Telling us a few details helps us fix problems much faster:

The tool and timer you used, for example the CPS Test in 10 seconds.
Your device and browser, for example Windows 11 with Chrome, or an iPhone with Safari.
Your mouse model, if the issue involves a mouse.
What happened and what you expected. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps even more.

Please note that we can't offer repairs or warranty help for mouse hardware. For that, contact your mouse's manufacturer.
